For 20 years, Leadership Mendocino
has been developing leaders.



In these challenging times we need to be nimble in building nonpartisan connections and increasing understanding from all perspectives. Our program participants are emerging and established leaders who are shaping our local future. They learn to see our magnificent county and its issues in a new light, whether they were born here or recently moved here. They make lasting bonds and build important peer networks. We've put over 500 people through our program.
